    First-chair advocate across a three-day hearing managing video, audio and photographic evidence. Petition dismissed; appeal also dismissed. Fees approximately USD 23,000 under a service-level agreement.

  • Wrongful-dismissal claim for a financial cooperative
    Defence led by Emmanuel. Court upheld the lawfulness of dismissals, neutralising an alleged exposure of about USD 46,000.
